Screen printing makes the most sense when quantity is high enough to spread the setup across the run. That is why it is often the best option for team uniforms, campaign tees, and large event orders.
For our quotation flow, screen printing is planned around a minimum of 10 pieces per design. Ten shirts with one repeated logo can work well; ten shirts with ten different logos usually need a different method.
It works especially well when the artwork is clean, limited in color count, and expected to be repeated again in future orders.
